Terms, plainly stated.

Effective August 20, 2026. These terms describe the website and rolling expression-of-interest intake.

About these terms

These terms are between you and Give Compute, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Questions about these terms or the website can be sent to hello@givecompute.org.

Submission is an explicit step

Entering information or automatically saving a local draft does not submit it. Your expression of interest is sent only when you confirm the disclosure and choose “Share your interest.”

Interest is exploratory

Submitting an expression of interest starts a potential conversation only. It does not guarantee review, selection, funding, credits, infrastructure, technical services, deployment, maintenance, partnership, sponsorship, or any other resource, and it does not create a donation, procurement, exclusivity, or other binding commitment.

Accurate and appropriate use

Use the form only for lawful purposes. Do not enter credentials, malicious code, unlawfully obtained data, sensitive personal records, or content you do not have permission to use.

Provider terms still apply

Give Compute does not authorize the resale, transfer, or sharing of promotional credits, accounts, credentials, or other resources in violation of a provider’s rules. Every contribution or allocation must use an authorized structure.

Your material

You remain responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to share it. Using the form does not transfer ownership of your underlying work or materials to Give Compute.

Service changes

Give Compute may update, pause, or withdraw the website or intake. Any funding, contribution, deployment, service, or partnership requires separate agreement on its terms.
